I start by using research and analytics to really understand problems before jumping into solutions. I push teams to work closely with stakeholders, blending business needs with technical limits to create experiences that truly resonate with people. I love to brainstorm quickly in Figma and build AI prototypes to test assumptions with real people. This way, we leave no stone unturned and make sure every feature we launch has a real impact.
